I’m Justin Falcke, a speech pathologist based in Perth’s northern suburbs. I work with young children and families to support speech, language and communication development in a way that is practical, collaborative and evidence informed.

I completed a Bachelor of Speech Pathology and have worked as a paediatric speech pathologist within the Child Development Service, supporting children with speech and language needs. My background also includes a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and a Bachelor of Communications and Media, which have shaped the way I think about communication, connection and the whole child behind every referral.

My interest in speech pathology is also personal. I have previously experienced a voice disorder, which gave me a deeper understanding of how difficult it can feel when communication does not come easily. That experience helped inspire me to pursue a career where I could support others to communicate with greater confidence.

My approach is gentle, family-centred and evidence-informed. I believe therapy works best when families feel heard, children feel comfortable, and goals are meaningful in everyday life. I aim to explain things clearly, avoid jargon and give families practical strategies they can actually use at home, in therapy and in everyday routines.
